Job Description :

- Head Talent Acquisition will lead and scale the recruitment function to support rapid organizational growth across multiple business units. This role involves overseeing end-to-end hiring operations, building scalable talent acquisition processes, and driving strategic recruitment initiatives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

2 Managing end-to-end recruitment operations, ensuring speed, quality, and efficiency across high-volume hiring.

3 Collaborating closely with senior leaders and multiple stakeholders to identify talent needs and deliver tailored hiring solutions.

5 Leading initiatives to promote diversity and inclusion, as well as integrating advanced AI tools into recruitment workflows.

6 Driving change management to enhance recruitment processes, scalability, and automation.

2 Experience working in Consulting organisations is highly preferred.

4 Strong stakeholder management skills within complex global matrix organizations.

6 Full Time MBA from a premier B-School is preferred.
