Collaborate with senior leadership to identify workforce needs and develop hiring plans. Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement. - Ensure compliance with labor laws, diversity & inclusion initiatives, and hiring best practices. Manage recruitment budgets and vendor relationships effectively. - Utilize HR technology and applicant tracking systems (ATS) to streamline processes. Requirements & Qualifications Education: - Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters degree preferred). Experience: 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
