Job Title: Talent Acquisition Lead - BFSI | IB | VC | PE

Location: Bengaluru (100% Onsite)

Experience Required: Minimum 8 years

Qualification: MBA from a reputed college (mandatory)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead with strong expertise in non-IT hiring to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have extensive exposure to investment banking, venture capital, and private equity recruitment. This role requires hands-on recruitment as well as team leadership experience to drive hiring excellence for critical roles across our BFSI portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end recruitment for BFSI roles, with a focus on investment banking, venture capital, and private equity domains.

- Manage and mentor a recruitment team, ensuring delivery on hiring targets and maintaining quality standards.

- Partner with business stakeholders and hiring managers to define hiring requirements and build effective recruitment strategies.

- Source top talent through headhunting, networking, market mapping, and other innovative channels.

- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.

- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for niche BFSI roles.

- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reporting to leadership.

- Stay updated with market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices in the BFSI space.

Key Requirements

- 8+ years of recruitment experience, with a strong track record in non-IT hiring.

- Solid experience in hiring for investment banking, venture capital, and private equity roles (preferred).

- MBA from a reputed institute (mandatory).

- Proven team management/leadership experience in recruitment.

- Leadership hiring experience is mandatory.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.

- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
