Job Description: Head of TA & Operations - Oracle ERP Services (India)

Reports To: CEO / Managing Partner

Teams Reporting In: Talent Acquisition, Workforce Deployment, Operations PMO

Location: Gurugram,India (Work from office)

About role:

The Head-Operations role is accountable for hiring a high- performance consulting workforce, driving operational excellence, and enabling sustainable growth across existing Oracle ERP accounts.

The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of talent acquisition, operational discipline, and talent strategy, with familiarity in the Oracle ERP domain.

The Head of Operations will own the end to end operational engine for Oracle ERP (Fusion & EBS) services across India. This leader is accountable for existing account growth, talent acquisition, resource deployment, and delivery readiness across all customer engagements.

The role blends P&L aligned operational leadership, scalable talent supply chain management, and customer centric delivery governance to drive predictable growth in the Oracle ERP services business

Key Responsibilities

1. Account Growth & Customer Success

- Drive year on year revenue growth across existing Oracle ERP accounts through expansion of T&M Services ,AMS, enhancements, upgrades, and transformation opportunities.

- Partner with Delivery Leads at customer side to drive business growth with projected forecast

- Establish a structured Account Growth Framework with quarterly targets, customer health metrics, and proactive risk management.

- Ensure high customer satisfaction through predictable delivery, SLA adherence, and proactive communication.

2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

- Lead the Talent Acquisition (TA) function, ensuring a strong pipeline of Oracle Fusion, EBS, DBA, Integration, SCM, Finance, and Technical talent.

- Build a skills based hiring engine aligned to demand forecasts, bench strategy, and utilization targets.

- Implement hiring SLAs, competency assessments, and a structured onboarding process for Oracle ERP talent.

- Drive partnerships with training institutes, lateral hiring channels, and internal upskilling programs.

3. Resource Deployment & Delivery Readiness

- Own the deployment engine-ensuring the right talent is mapped to the right customer project at the right time.

- Maintain a real time view of bench, utilization, skill inventory, and project demand.-

Required Experience & Skill sets:

- 10+ years of Oracle ERP experience in TA & operations

- Strong leadership & TA experience ensuring a strong pipeline of Oracle Fusion, EBS, DBA, Integration, SCM, Finance, and Technical talent(tech hiring preferred)

- Experience in realtime project demand , growth-stage environment

- Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP Services .

- Experience working with global teams

- High ownership mindset and strong execution skills-

- Comfortable working in a performance-driven culture
