
Role Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned HR leader to spearhead our Center of Excellence (COE) for Talent Acquisition and serve as a strategic HR Business Partner for a leading group company in auto components. In this dual-impact role, you will define the overarching talent strategy, ensuring we attract top-tier industry talent while simultaneously acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership. You will work closely with business heads to align human capital initiatives with organizational growth, fostering a culture of high performance and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies that reduce time-to-hire and elevate the quality of incoming talent across all business functions.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to diagnose organizational health and implement targeted HR interventions that drive retention and leadership development.
- Lead the transformation of recruitment processes by integrating data-driven insights and modern sourcing technologies to build a robust, diverse talent pipeline.
- Oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle, ensuring that HR policies and performance management frameworks are consistently applied to support business objectives.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team of recruiters and HR generalists, fostering a culture of accountability, agility, and service excellence.
- Analyze workforce metrics and market trends to provide actionable recommendations to the executive team, ensuring the organization remains ahead of the talent curve.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated expertise in designing and scaling talent acquisition frameworks for CXO hiring within fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes, utilizing strong negotiation and influencing skills to align HR initiatives with commercial goals.
- Exceptional analytical capabilities, with a track record of using HR data to solve organizational challenges and improve operational efficiency.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to coach senior management and drive cultural change across diverse teams.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex HR strategies to both internal leadership and external candidates.
- A postgraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field from a premier institute is highly preferred.
- Comfortable working in a high-energy, on-site environment in Gurgaon, demonstrating the flexibility to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic office setting.
- Candidates must possess MBA in HR with 12 - 16 years of progressive experience in HR leadership roles, specifically balancing COE functions with HRBP responsibilities.
