Head - Talent Acquisition & Campus Engagement

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for the Head of Talent Acquisition & Campus Engagement, for a Client of HumanAlpha with some work-from-home flexibility.

The Head of Talent Acquisition & Campus Engagement will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies, managing end-to-end hiring processes, building and promoting employer branding, and engaging in graduate recruitment activities.

The role will also involve collaborating with internal teams to understand their hiring needs and ensure that we attract and hire the best talent.

Key daily tasks include conducting interviews, coordinating recruiting events, and fostering relationships with educational institutions for campus engagements.

Qualifications

- Skills in Employer Branding and Interviewing

- Experience in Graduate Recruitment

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Strong organizational and project management skills

- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

- Experience in the HR consulting industry is a plus
