Role Overview:
The Head Talent Acquisition role is a critical leadership position responsible for developing and executing the talent acquisition strategy for the organization across India, with a primary focus on Delhi NCR. This role involves leading a team of recruiters, managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, building strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders, and ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. The Head Talent Acquisition will be instrumental in attracting, recruiting, and retaining top talent to support the company's growth objectives and maintain its competitive edge in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company's business goals and growth plans.
- Lead and mentor a team of TA Managers, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure high performance and professional development.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer negotiation, BVG, creating a talent pipeline, and source mix, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand their talent needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions.
- Oversee campus recruitment initiatives to attract top talent from leading universities and colleges.
- Manage and optimize relationships with recruitment vendors, including agencies and job boards, to ensure cost-effective and high-quality recruitment services.
- Monitor and analyze key recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions.
- Drive initiatives to enhance the employer brand and create a positive candidate experience.
- Lead the recruitment efforts for leadership positions, ensuring the attraction and selection of high-caliber candidates.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies that align with business objectives.
- Expertise in managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and senior leaders.
- Strong vendor management skills, with experience in negotiating contracts and managing relationships with recruitment agencies and job boards.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.
- 17-20 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition in banking and financial services; fintech is preferred.
