
Head of Talent Acquisition - Core Responsibilities:
- Develop and drive the global talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company's growth, partner expansion and global hiring goals. Act as a key partner to the executive team on workforce planning, talent market insights, and hiring priorities.
Key Responsibilities include:
Build & Lead High-Performing TA Function:
- Lead, mentor, and scale a global TA function to deliver efficient, high-quality hiring across markets. Define KPIs and use data to track performance (e.g., time-to-hire, quality of hire, diversity metrics).
End-to-End Recruitment Ownership:
- Oversee full-lifecycle talent acquisition including sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding globally. Ensure excellent candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the process.
Global Hiring & Market Strategy:
- Design scalable recruitment models and processes that support diverse talent acquisition in all regions. Advise on compensation trends, talent availability, and global market dynamics.
- Champion inclusive hiring practices and build pipelines that enhance ethnic and global diversity.
Stakeholder & Business Partnership:
- Partner closely with business leaders to forecast needs and deliver strategic talent solutions.
- Educate stakeholders on best practices, standards and hiring effectiveness.
Employer Brand & Talent Attraction:
- Strengthen the employer value proposition (EVP) and lead initiatives to position Positive Moves as a Global Executive Search firm with a business-first approach. Oversee talent outreach, branding, and recruitment marketing activities.
Process, Reporting & Compliance:
- Optimize TA processes, adopt innovative tools (ATS/CRM). Provide regular dashboards and insights to leadership on hiring outcomes and trends.
