Role Overview

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Talent Acquisition Leader who can drive end-to-end hiring, build scalable recruitment strategies, and lead high-performing TA teams.

Key Responsibilities

1.Lead and manage the complete talent acquisition function

2.Develop and execute hiring strategies aligned with business goals

3.Manage senior and lateral hiring across functions

4.Build employer branding and talent pipelines

5.Stakeholder management with leadership and business heads

6.Track recruitment metrics and optimize hiring processes

Ideal Candidate Profile

1.Strong experience in Talent Acquisition leadership roles

2.Background in consulting / professional services preferred

3.Proven ability to scale teams and handle high-volume hiring

4.Excellent stakeholder management and people leadership skill
