
- 15-20 Years of experience in leading TA function of a fast-growing company.
- Experience in related sectors Media Services, Technology, Data & Analytics, and Creative Services.
- Immense ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders, especially senior and global teams.
- Deep understanding of each aspect of recruitment lifecycle, candidate experience, stakeholder engagement and talent branding.
- Strategic acumen combined with strong execution and hands-on skills.
- Hands-on expertise to use tools (Recruiting Software, LinkedIn, Job Portals, MS Office). Well versed with MS Office Tools including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Planner etc.
- The technical skills to create reporting & analysis that would help in Recruiting decisions.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) best practices including effective approaches to attraction, recruitment, selection, and engagement.
- Comprehensive knowledge of talent markets and the latest trends.
- Considerable ability to assess tools and platforms needed to find top tier talent.
- Creative problem solving-skills involving conflict-resolution skills and a great adaptability to new and dynamic environments.
