Job Description :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Talent Acquisition to lead our global recruitment strategy and operations. In this leadership role, you will develop scalable hiring strategies, manage a high-performing talent acquisition team, and ensure that we consistently attract and hire top talent to drive our business forward.

You will play a central role in shaping our employer brand, enhancing candidate experience, and driving innovation across all stages of the recruitment lifecycle.

Main Responsibilities :

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Driving the full spectrum of recruiting and selection activities

- Creating and implementing talent acquisition strategies for leadership, mid-career and graduate hiring

- Designing and driving the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience

- Partnering with leaders within the organization to track the ongoing hiring needs of their business

- Managing end-to-end recruitment for senior roles

- Identifying and partnering with external providers as required to ensure hiring needs are met

- Defining and driving the team to meet and exceed hiring benchmarks relating to time to fill, cost per hire, diversity hiring, and hiring manager and candidate satisfaction

- Defining and leading projects focused on continuous improvement

- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging recruitment technologies, incorporating innovative approaches into our talent acquisition efforts.

Key Requirements:

- You have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.

- You have a proven experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, with a track record of success in leadership roles.

- You can demonstrate leadership and team management skills, capable of inspiring and motivating a team to achieve recruitment goals.

- You have a strong strategic vision and the ability to align talent acquisition strategies with the organization's business objectives.

- You have expertise in talent sourcing, attracting top-tier candidates, and developing a strong talent pipeline.

- You have experience in employer branding initiatives and promoting the organization as an employer of choice.

- You have data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and optimize recruitment processes.

- You have excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

- ATS & CRM: Greenhouse, Lever, Smart Recruiters, Workday, Ashby, Snaphunt

- Employer Branding: LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Welcome, Canva, video platforms

- Sourcing Tools: LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, AmazingHiring, GitHub

- Analytics: Power BI, Google Data Studio, Tableau, ATS dashboards

- Collaboration: Slack, Zoom, Notion, Trello, Monday.com

- Recruitment Marketing: Beamery, Phenom, Hootsuite, HubSpot (for campaigns)
