Job Title: Supply Chain Transformation Head

Summary:

This role leads end-to-end SCM transformation across the ECBO Supply Chain & Procurement portfolio, driving productivity improvement, digital and AI-led enablement, sustained value realization, and measurable business outcomes for clients across global engagements.

Location: Bangalore/Mumbai/Kolkata

Education / Certification:

Post Graduate / Graduate, preferably MBA in Operations, Strategy, Supply Chain, or Information Systems. Certifications in SCM, Digital Transformation, Analytics, AI/RPA, Lean Six Sigma, or Process Excellence are a strong advantage.

Experience: 20+ Years

Job Responsibilities:

- Overall accountability for driving large-scale Transformation programs across the Supply Chain Management (SCM) domain, covering productivity, digital enablement, and value realization.

- Partner with Delivery and Account teams to track, govern, and ensure adherence to contractual productivity and transformation commitments.

- Lead end-to-end conceptualization, design, and delivery of SCM Transformation solutions, including development and deployment of Digital Assets, Analytics, AI, and RPA-based solutions.

- Engage closely with customers to understand current operating landscape, systems, infrastructure, and business challenges, and translate them into actionable transformation opportunities and roadmaps.

- Own solution engagement, design, and change management to ensure transformation initiatives meet or exceed customer business outcomes and are successfully implemented at scale.

- Guide and enrich transformation proposals, participate in new deals RFP for art of the possible using AI, leveraging deep SCM domain expertise to shape differentiated, value-led solutions.

- Coordinate customer reviews and secure approvals for transformation milestones, deliverables, and value realization outcomes.

- Bring industry insights and business perspective, evaluate strategic partnerships, and co-innovate with customers to evolve SCM transformation offerings.

- Establish transformation governance, processes, and success metrics, ensuring disciplined program management, execution excellence, and benefits tracking.

- Proactively identify risks and issues across transformation programs and define mitigation strategies to protect outcomes.

- Be an SCM thought leader and a trusted advisor to our clients.

Primary Skills:

- Deep Domain understanding - Procurement, Supply Chain.

- Development/Deployment experience in large scale AI solutions (AI agents, task based/Goal based Agents).

- Knowledge about Operating model design, Value chain mapping and business process reengineering, end customer experiences, new technologies, intelligent automations and robotics, data and analytics, platform business models.

Secondary Skills:

- Understanding of Technology and various ERPs being used in SCM. User experience in SAP, Oracle, JDE or any other ERP.

- Domain Certifications (Source to Pay, Inventory Management, Transportation & Logistics etc.) as well as Specialized Skill Certifications (PMP, Agile, Lean/Six Sigma etc.) are preferred.

- Techno-functional Certifications in RPA/AI/ML.

- Lean Six Sigma Certification - Black Belt / Master Black Belt.

- Agile methodology - Scrum Certifications.

- Data Science / Business Analytics Certifications.

- Process Mining & Visualization tools - Celonis, Power BI, Tableau.
