Head - Supply Chain - Quick Commerce/eCommerce

Key Responsibilities :

- Own end-to-end supply chain strategy and operations across sourcing, planning, warehousing, fulfillment, and logistics

- Build scalable systems and processes for inventory planning, replenishment, and demand forecasting

- Drive improvements in fill rates, inventory turns, OTIF, order accuracy, and delivery SLAs

- Partner closely with category, finance, technology, and operations teams to optimize working capital and inventory health

- Lead vendor management, 3PL relationships, and logistics partnerships

- Build supply chain analytics and dashboards for operational visibility and decision-making

- Identify automation and process improvement opportunities to improve speed, cost, and customer experience

- Build and lead high-performing supply chain and planning teams across functions

- Develop scalable SOPs and governance mechanisms to support expansion and operational complexity

Ideal Candidate Profile :

- 10-15+ years of experience in supply chain, planning, fulfillment, or operations leadership roles

- Strong experience in e-commerce, quick commerce, retail, FMCG, D2C, or consumer internet businesses

- Proven experience managing high-SKU inventory and fast-moving supply chains

- Strong understanding of demand planning, inventory optimization, warehousing, and logistics operations

- Data-driven and comfortable working with operational metrics, analytics, and technology platforms

- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and execution capability

- Experience scaling supply chain operations in high-growth environments preferred
