Client Manager

We're looking for a battle-hardened operator to take end-to-end ownership of Supply Chain and Ops engine - from store setup and inventory flow to rider ops and last mile excellence. This is a senior leadership role that combines strategic thinking with ground-level hustle, and is mission-critical to ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. You'll be the mastermind behind how our network of dark stores runs, how our deliveries get fulfilled in record time, and how we scale operations to new geographies while keeping efficiency, cost, and customer delight at the core. What You'll Own: Last Mile & Rider Ops: - Build and scale a rider fleet with high reliability, strong SOPs, and industry-best SLAs - Optimize routing, rider incentive structures, and delivery turnaround time - Drive performance through data-led interventions, training programs, and tech integrations Dark Store Operations: - Oversee P&L for dark stores - drive throughput, inventory efficiency, shrinkage control, and team productivity - Streamline replenishment cycles, picking efficiency, and on-ground store processes - Work with category, planning, and tech teams to forecast demand and calibrate store-level ops Network & SCM Strategy: - Define how the supply chain scales across new pin codes, cities, and categories - Design systems for inbound, warehousing, and outbound ops - Liaise with tech/product teams to build tools for visibility, planning, and ops automation What We're Looking For - 8+ years of deep experience across supply chain and operations, ideally in fast-paced environments (quick commerce, hyperlocal, e-comm, or logistics) - Prior experience building last-mile delivery fleets and managing large-scale on-ground ops - Proven track record of managing large teams and scaling operations from 0 to 1 (and 1 to 10!) - Hands-on with data, operations playbooks, and can ruthlessly prioritize to hit targets - Hunger to build, hustle, and own - not just optimize someone else's playbook
