Head - Supply Chain - Mechanical/Automation

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- 15-20 years of hands-on purchasing experience in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive, or Automation companies.

- Experience managing a team of 20-30 members.

- Hands-on purchasing experience is mandatory.

- Strong knowledge of automation fixturing and assemblies.

- Well-connected network of automation manufacturing and bought-out suppliers across India.

- Working knowledge of supplier rates and business trends.

- Uphold company values and ethics.

- Strong delegation and communication skills.

- Timely decision-making ability.

- Vendor selection and relationship management.

- Drive standardization and optimization of supply chain processes.

- Introduce automation for offline activities.

- Ensure SOP adherence and checklist compliance.

- Kaizen mindset and continuous improvement.

- Strong troubleshooting capabilities.

- Succession planning experience.
