Description:

- Strategic Procurement Leadership: Developing and implementing long-term sourcing strategies for components like solar panels, inverters, wind turbines, transformers, and cables.

- Vendor Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with domestic and international suppliers, including those in China and Southeast Asia. This involves contract negotiation, performance tracking, and vendor development.

- Logistics & Inventory Management: Overseeing multi-location warehousing, transportation, and logistics to ensure zero supply bottlenecks and accurate inventory management for various project sites.

- Project Coordination: Collaborating with engineering, quality, and project execution teams to align supply chain operations with construction schedules and project milestones.

- Cost Efficiency & Risk Mitigation: Analyzing market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and implementing robust risk management frameworks to cover supply, logistics, and geopolitical risks.

- Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensuring all procurement and supply chain activities adhere to regulatory requirements (e.g., MNRE/DCR compliance in India) and quality standards.

- Digital Transformation: Deploying and utilizing advanced technologies and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) to enhance supply chain efficiency and decision-making.

- Team Leadership: Leading and managing a team of SCM professionals, providing mentorship and driving strategic initiatives across the department.
