Head - Supply Chain Management - Quick Commerce/eCommerce

What you will do:

- Lead and own end-to-end supply chain operations across procurement, inventory, warehousing, logistics, and fulfillment.

- Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with business growth, operational efficiency, and customer experience goals.

- Drive inventory planning and demand forecasting to ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing wastage and working capital impact.

- Build scalable supply chain processes and systems to support multi-city expansion and category growth.

- Collaborate closely with category, operations, finance, and technology teams to ensure seamless execution across the supply chain network.

- Optimize warehousing, transportation, and last-mile operations for speed, cost efficiency, and service reliability.

- Establish and monitor key supply chain KPIs including fill rate, inventory turnover, wastage, SLA adherence, and operational costs.

- Lead vendor and partner management across sourcing, logistics, and fulfillment networks.

- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements through automation and data-driven decision-making.

- Build and lead high-performing supply chain teams while driving operational excellence and accountability across functions.

- Work closely with leadership and the CEO on long-term operational strategy and expansion planning.

What we are looking for:

- 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Logistics, or Inventory Planning.

- Strong experience in e-commerce, quick commerce, retail, FMCG, or consumer-tech environments.

- Proven expertise in inventory management, procurement, warehousing, and fulfillment operations.

- Strong analytical and operational problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.

- Experience managing large-scale, multi-city supply chain operations.

- Strong understanding of supply chain KPIs, forecasting models, and operational planning.

- Demonstrated leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment with high ownership and accountability.

- Excellent stakeholder management, vendor negotiation, and execution capabilities.

- Prior experience scaling supply chain operations in a high-growth business is strongly preferred.
