Head - Supply Chain Management - Planning & Inventory Management

Academic - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, or related field.

Technical Skills - Strong knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA. Proficient in MS Office.

Advanced forecasting and inventory optimization tools.

Profile Preference:

- At least 12-18 Years of experience in supply chain, planning, and inventory management within manufacturing (preferably furniture, consumer goods, or related industries)

- Proven leadership and management skills with the ability to optimize team performance and development.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment, manage priorities, and consistently meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop integrated demand and supply planning strategies across diverse product categories.

- Drive initiatives to shorten the average inventory holding period while maintaining product availability through better forecasting, lean practices, and efficient replenishment cycles.

- Track KPIs such as forecast accuracy, inventory turnover, stock-out rates, and service levels.

- Implement proactive monitoring systems to identify potential shortages before they impact sales.

- Coordinate with logistics for efficient distribution across multiple geographies and channels.

- Provide regular reports to senior management with insights and corrective action plans.
