Head - Supply Chain Management - Medical Diagnostic Device

Head - SCM for a leading Medical Diagnostic Device Company

This is a leadership role with full ownership of supply chain operations across procurement, planning, inventory, warehousing, and dispatch. The role reports to the CEO. You will help build a supply chain that is dependable, disciplined, and ready to support the company's next phase of growth. This role is for someone who likes solving real operational problems, building systems that last, and improving how things run every day.

What you will own :

- End-to-end supply chain performance across procurement, planning, inventory, warehousing, and fulfillment

- Production Planning & Inventory Control (PPIC) with strong focus on inventory discipline, working capital, and cash flow improvement

- Running a consistent S&OP process across Sales, Manufacturing, Finance, and SCM

- Building simple review mechanisms and scorecards to improve planning and execution discipline

- Vendor development, negotiations, and supplier performance

- Inventory accuracy, material availability, and reduction of excess and slow-moving stock

- Warehouse operations, dispatch reliability, and implementation of warehouse management systems (WMS)

- Planning and operationalizing 3PL and logistics partnerships where needed

- Cost reduction initiatives across sourcing, logistics, inventory, and operations

- Building and leading the SCM, planning, stores, and logistics teams

- Hiring and developing a stronger second line as the organization scales

- Coordination across Manufacturing, QA/QC, Finance, Sales, Service, and International Business

Experience Requirements :

- 12-18 years in Supply Chain / Operations / Procurement roles in Diagnostics, MedTech, Healthcare, Electronics, or FMCG

- Strong experience in planning, sourcing, inventory control, warehousing, and vendor management

- Experience in manufacturing environments with imported components and multiple SKUs

- Experience working with warehouse systems and external logistics / 3PL partners

- Ability to work across functions and drive execution
