Hiring: Head of Supply Chain (Mumbai)

We're looking for a seasoned leader to build and scale end-to-end supply chain operations for a fast-growing consumer business, with a strong focus on food/FMCG and cold chain.

This role will drive everything from procurement to last-mile delivery, while setting up systems and processes for - future global expansion.

What you'll own:

- End-to-end supply chain strategy: procurement, planning, warehousing, logistics & fulfillment

- Demand forecasting & inventory optimization to ensure high availability with minimal wastage

- Vendor sourcing, negotiations, and ecosystem building

- Nationwide logistics, distribution, and cold chain operations

- Implementation of systems (WMS, OMS, inventory & planning tools)

- Cost efficiency, process excellence, and scalability

- Risk management, compliance, and operational resilience

What we're looking for:

- 12-15 years in Supply Chain, with leadership experience

- Strong background in FMCG / Food & Beverages / perishables

- Mandatory experience in cold chain operations

- Experience in both established orgs + fast-growth/startup environments

- Expertise across planning, procurement, logistics, warehousing & inventory

- Strong stakeholder management and execution mindset
