The company is building Indias next-generation strategic infrastructure spanning Data Centres, Telecom, Power & Electrification, and Energy Transition. The company is promoted and funded by one of large defence manufacturing and hospitality group.


Role Overview:


We are seeking a dynamic professional to lead Supply Chain & Vendor Partnerships. The role demands strategic thinking, operational excellence, and relationship management to ensure seamless procurement and vendor collaboration for large-scale infrastructure projects.


Key Responsibilities:


- Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with organizational goals.


- Build, manage, and strengthen vendor partnerships across critical infrastructure sectors.


- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service-level agreements to optimize procurement efficiency.


- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and sustainability practices.


- Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes, logistics, and vendor performance.


- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, finance, operations) to deliver projects on time and within budget.


- Monitor market trends and identify new vendor opportunities to support growth.


Requirements:


- 4-8 years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, or vendor relations, preferably in infrastructure, telecom, power, or energy sectors.


- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.


- Proven track record of handling large-scale vendor partnerships and contracts.


- Knowledge of procurement systems, ERP tools, and supply chain best practices.


- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership abilities.


- MBA/PGDM or equivalent qualification in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field preferred.
