Experience:

Purpose of the Role:

To lead end-to-end Supply Chain operations including Procurement, Planning, and Distribution across diverse business verticals such as CDMO, API, and PMG. The role demands strategic oversight and operational excellence in managing complex product portfolios and in-house supply processes.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership:

- Define and execute comprehensive global supply chain strategies aligned with organizational objectives.

- Partner with cross-functional teams (R&D, Quality, Regulatory) to streamline processes from raw material sourcing to product delivery.

- Create long-term supply chain roadmaps with a focus on innovation, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation.

Operations Management:

- Oversee supplier, CMO, and 3PL relationships across international markets.

- Ensure seamless product availability through effective inventory management and demand forecasting.

Compliance & Risk Management:

- Maintain adherence to global regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, EMA).

- Establish a robust risk management framework to address potential disruptions due to geopolitical, supplier, or compliance issues.

Product Lifecycle & Launch Management:

- Drive supply chain preparedness for new product introductions.

- Align manufacturing and distribution plans with market launch strategies and product life cycles.

Cost & Efficiency Optimization:

- Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and operational efficiencies in procurement, production, and logistics.

- Apply lean methodologies and continuous improvement practices to enhance performance.

Sustainability & Ethical Practices:

- Promote responsible sourcing and environmentally sustainable practices throughout the supply chain.

Leadership & Talent Development:

- Mentor and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability and growth.

- Drive succession planning and maintain team harmony and collaboration.
