Role Overview:
Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Supply Chain Manager to lead and oversee end-to-end supply chain operations across India. The role is responsible for driving supply chain planning, production planning, logistics, warehouse/stores management, inventory optimization, dispatch operations, and statutory compliance while ensuring operational excellence across manufacturing locations.
The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in the electronics manufacturing industry, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record in building efficient supply chain processes, improving operational performance, and leading high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end supply chain operations across multiple manufacturing locations in India.
- Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Drive Supply Planning, and the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to ensure optimum production and inventory levels.
- Oversee procurement planning in coordination with sourcing and manufacturing teams to ensure uninterrupted material availability.
- Manage warehousing and stores operations, ensuring accurate inventory control, material handling, and storage practices.
- Monitor and optimize inventory levels to improve working capital while maintaining desired service levels.
- Lead logistics and dispatch operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery to customers and distribution partners.
- Ensure compliance with SEZ regulations, statutory requirements, customs procedures, and related documentation wherever applicable.
- Establish and monitor supply chain KPIs including inventory turns, OTIF, forecast accuracy, logistics costs, and planning adherence.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, cost optimization, quality, and operational excellence.
- Collaborate closely with Production, Procurement, Sales, Finance, Quality, and Engineering teams for seamless execution.
- Identify supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity.
- Implement best practices in planning systems, warehouse management, inventory control, and logistics operations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of approximately 1520 professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.

- Engineering Graduate in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management within the Electronics Manufacturing industry.
- Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end supply chain functions across multiple manufacturing locations.
- Strong knowledge of planning, warehousing, logistics, inventory management, and statutory compliance.
- Proven experience in leading and developing teams of 1520 members.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to drive strategic initiatives while ensuring operational excellence.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
