Head - Supply Chain Management

The Senior Manager - Supply Chain Planning will own end-to-end supply planning and inventory management across all product categories. This role is responsible for converting demand forecasts into accurate supply plans, purchase orders, and production schedules, while optimizing inventory, minimizing stockouts, and controlling working capital. This is a high-impact role working closely with Product, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain teams.Supply Planning & Forecast Translation:

- Convert demand forecasts into monthly and quarterly supply plans

- Drive consensus planning across Sales, Product, and Finance

- Build rolling supply plans based on demand variability

- Ensure alignment between forecast, production, and inventory

Purchase Planning & Ordering:

- Own PO planning and placement with ODM/OEM partners

- Manage order quantities based on MOQ constraints, lead times, and demand variability

- Optimize container planning and shipment batching

Inventory Management:

- Maintain optimal inventory levels across SKUs

- Define and manage safety stock, reorder points, and buffer strategies

- Reduce excess and obsolete inventory

Success Metrics :

- Improvement in forecast-to-supply accuracy

- Reduction in stockouts across key SKUs

- Reduction in excess / dead inventory
