About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished Head of Supply Chain to lead the end-to-end supply chain operations for a leading consumer electronics and retail organization. The role will focus on managing the Apple product and accessories vertical, driving operational excellence, optimizing inventory, and building strong relationships with key partners and distributors.

This is a high-impact position suited for a strategic professional who can combine analytical acumen, leadership, and executional capability to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement state-level supply chain strategy aligned with business goals.

- Drive forecasting, demand planning, and inventory optimization to ensure healthy stock levels across multiple geographies.

- Negotiate with OEMs, vendors, and distributors to improve margins, terms, and service quality.

- Build and maintain strong partnerships to ensure consistent product availability and market responsiveness.

- Lead and develop a team of supply chain professionals to deliver on efficiency, accuracy, and performance KPIs.

- Collaborate with finance, retail operations, and logistics teams to ensure seamless coordination and on-time delivery.

- Leverage data-driven insights to improve supply chain visibility through ERP systems and dashboards.

- Identify and implement digital tools, automation, and process improvements for long-term scalability.

- Monitor key metrics such as inventory turnover, fill rate, and cash-to-cash cycle to ensure optimal working capital utilization.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 10-15 years of experience in supply chain management within retail, consumer electronics, or consumer durables sectors.

- Strong exposure to demand planning, vendor management, and logistics operations.

- Proven track record of handling high-value, multi-location supply chain operations.

- Expertise in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.

- Excellent commercial, analytical, and negotiation skills.

- Strategic thinker with a focus on execution, process efficiency, and cross-functional leadership.
