Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end supply chain operations across sourcing, planning, warehousing, logistics, and customer fulfillment

- Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with business growth objectives

- Manage inventory planning, replenishment, and working capital optimization

- Build strong relationships with manufacturers, vendors, logistics partners, and 3PL providers

- Drive OTIF, fill rate, inventory turns, cost optimization, and service-level improvements

- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Finance, Operations, and Customer Experience teams

- Establish robust forecasting, S&OP, and demand planning processes

- Implement technology, automation, and process improvements to enhance efficiency

- Lead and mentor high-performing supply chain and operations teams

Ideal Candidate :

- 10 - 15+ years of supply chain leadership experience

- Proven experience managing large-scale fulfillment and distribution operations

- Strong expertise in procurement, inventory planning, logistics, warehousing, and demand forecasting

- Experience scaling supply chains in high-growth D2C or omnichannel businesses preferred

- Data-driven decision maker with strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
