Role Overview
An opportunity to lead operations for a fast-growing consumer brand in the better-for-you snacking space. Backed by funding, it is scaling rapidly across D2C, quick commerce, and modern trade. With a focus on clean-label innovation and category creation, it offers a dynamic, mission-driven environment for professionals passionate about building iconic FMCG brands.
Key Responsibilities
1. Supply Chain & Operations Leadership
- Own end-to-end supply chain strategy aligned with growth and channel priorities
- Scale manufacturing capacity through strategic partnerships and process excellence
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver operational KPIs and cost targets
2. Warehouse & Logistics
- Oversee inventory planning, warehousing operations, and dispatch efficiency
- Optimize logistics networks across D2C, quick commerce, and retail channels
- Leverage tech for real-time visibility and last-mile performance
3. Procurement & Vendor Management
- Build and optimize sourcing strategies across raw materials and packaging
- Negotiate and manage vendor contracts to ensure cost efficiency and reliability
- Develop alternate supplier networks to mitigate risk and support scale
4. Quality & Compliance
- Implement robust quality control systems across manufacturing and warehousing
- Ensure adherence to food safety standards and regulatory compliance
- Drive continuous improvement in product quality and customer satisfaction
Qualifications & Experience
- MBA or equivalent from top institutions in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related fields.
- 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Operations within FMCG or high-growth environments.
- 5+ years of leadership experience, with proven ability to influence and drive outcomes in complex, fast-paced ecosystems.
- Experience working with dynamic startups or scaling organizations is an added advantage.
Skills/ Key Competencies
- Leadership capability to build, mentor, and influence cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of Online Omni Channels - Ecommerce, QCommerce, D2C and Modern Trade Supply Chain dynamics.
- Experience in leveraging digital tools for Supply Chain visibility and automation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
