Description:
Role Objectives:
- Establish and implement Supply Chain processes in alignment with corporate standards, in close collaboration with the global teams in Europe and USA.
- Lead planning and execution of the industrial transfer, ensuring operational readiness and successful production ramp up at the new plant.
- Serve as the on site Supply Chain authority, guiding all supply chain related decisions and strategies.
- Build, mentor, and develop the local Supply Chain team, ensuring strong operational capability for current and future needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the complete supply chain function including procurement, production planning, master scheduling, warehousing, inventory control, and logistics.
- Drive planning and execution for the SAP B1 ERP deployment, including training, change management, and Go Live readiness for Supply Chain teams.
- Ensure capacity planning and resource adequacy to support the plants progressive ramp up in alignment with recruitment and operational plans.
- Lead Supply Chain activities during the industrial transfer, including supplier order transition, logistics flows, and planning synchronization.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, process quality, and operational efficiency across all supply chain functions.
Candidate Profile:
Skills & Requirements:
- Minimum 20+ years of leadership experience in Supply Chain management.
- Strong background in electronics manufacturing and operations within complex industrial environments.
- Demonstrated experience in a senior Supply Chain leadership role with responsibility for multi disciplinary teams.
- Proven capability in leading largescale industrial transfers or greenfield manufacturing setups.
- Proven leadership, decision-making, and strategic execution skills.
- Experience in ERP implementation (preferably SAP) is highly advantageous.
- Strong commercial and supplier negotiation skills.
