About the Role:

Seeking an experienced and dynamic Head Supply Chain to lead the end-to-end supply chain function across procurement, planning, logistics, inventory management, warehousing, and distribution. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, optimizing costs, strengthening supplier partnerships, and building scalable supply chain capabilities to support the organization's growth plans.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supply Chain Leadership:

- Lead the end-to-end supply chain function, including procurement, planning, logistics, warehousing, inventory management, and distribution.

- Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives and growth plans.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, service levels, and cost optimization.

2. Procurement & Strategic Sourcing:

- Own procurement strategy and execution across direct, indirect, and capital purchases.

- Develop robust sourcing strategies and supplier management frameworks.

- Ensure procurement governance, compliance, and risk management across categories.

3. Manufacturing & Operations Partnership:

- Partner closely with manufacturing sites to ensure uninterrupted supply and operational efficiency.

- Support engineering procurement, project procurement, and plant expansion initiatives.

4. Planning, Logistics & Inventory Management:

- Establish robust demand and supply planning processes.

- Drive inventory optimization while ensuring high service levels.

- Oversee domestic and international logistics operations and vendor performance.
