
B2B Trading, Supply Chain-Head
Job Description:
We are looking for a former Founder/Co-founder from the B2B E-commerce space whose first venture didn't end with a ringing bell at the stock exchange. Maybe you ran out of runway, maybe the market wasn't ready, or maybe co-founder disputes broke the ship.
Mandatory Requirements
- Pick Your Battlefield: Identify a high-volume commodity or product category with massive trade potential.
- The 0 to 1: Build the supply chain, onboard the first 100 buyers/suppliers, and establish Unit Economics.
- The 1 to 10: Scale the Gross Transaction Value (GTV) aggressively over the next 24-36 months.
What You Will Do
- P&L Ownership: You are the CEO of this vertical. You own the top line, the bottom line, and the burn.
- Market Making: Leverage your B2B experience to digitize fragmented supply chains.
- Execution: Handle the grunt work of trading-logistics coordination, credit management, and vendor negotiations.
- Strategy: Work directly with the Founder (a veteran with 15 years of building tech-backed trading P&Ls) to align your vertical with the group's IPO trajectory.
