This is not just an operational role - it's a strategic leadership position where you will directly work with the Managing Director to drive business growth, profitability, and customer excellence.

What you'll drive:

- End-to-end Supply Chain Strategy in a high-demand, volatile market

- Demand Planning & Forecasting across OEMs, EMS & channel ecosystem

- Allocation Management & Order Fulfillment in constrained supply scenarios

- Strong partnerships with global semiconductor principals

- Inventory Optimization & Working Capital Efficiency

- Procurement, sourcing, and alternate supply strategies

- Seamless logistics & distribution operations

- Risk management, compliance & counterfeit prevention

What we're looking for:

- 15+ years of experience in Supply Chain, with strong exposure to electronics / semiconductor distribution.

- Strong exposure to Electronics, Semiconductor Distribution, Automotive, Industrial Manufacturing, or Allied Industries.

- Proven track record in handling allocation, demand volatility & global suppliers

- Strong commercial understanding (margin vs service trade-offs)

- Experience with ERP tools (SAP / Oracle preferred)

- Leadership mindset with ability to build and scale teams.
