Head - Supply Chain - Auto Dealership

We are hiring for a Supply Chain and Procurement leader to join our client, who is a large group that owns multiple dealerships across India.

About the Group:

- Owns dealerships of multiple global brands with presence across India

- Recently secured funding to scale further with a goal of quadrupling their current revenue and presence.

- Expanding aggressively while consolidating operations for efficiency and sustainability

Role: Head of Supply Chain

- Lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain for a rapidly growing dealership group

- Drive consolidation initiatives to reduce costs (resources + manpower)

- Build sustainable frameworks to support large-scale expansion

- Manage and mentor large teams (400+ members)

Requirements:

- 20+ years of supply chain / operations leadership experience

- MANDATORY: Currently working/Previously worked with large dealerships in a supply chain/procurement role

- Proven ability to handle large, distributed teams

- Strong track record in cost optimization and process consolidation
