Job Responsibilities:

Strategic Operations & Procurement Portfolio

Demand Planning & Strategy: Collaborate with functional heads to analyze historical data and align future resource requirements with core business objectives, establishing rigorous monthly and quarterly performance targets.

Cost Optimization & Resource Lifecycle: Drive significant bottom-line impact by reducing procurement costs against budget; maximize asset ROI through a strategic refurbishment and redeployment program to minimize CAPEX on new acquisitions.

End-to-End Sourcing & Fulfillment: Oversee the full procurement lifecycle for non-infrastructure products, managing vendor interactions and PO execution to ensure seamless delivery within mission-critical timelines.

Governance & Vendor Excellence: Standardize vendor performance through KPI frameworks and structured reviews; consolidate the vendor base to leverage economies of scale while ensuring flawless payment governance and ERP integration.

Statutory Compliance & Risk Mitigation: Maintain organizational integrity by securing high audit scorecards, eliminating non-conformance reports (NCRs), and rigorously monitoring administrative and statutory compliance.
