We're looking for a Head of Supply Chain & Cold Chain Operations to own and scale the Supply Chain engine end-to-end - from sourcing to central kitchen to last mile.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct the end-to-end supply chain strategy, integrating central kitchen output with distribution networks to ensure consistent product availability and minimized wastage.
- Oversee complex cold chain management protocols, implementing rigorous monitoring systems to maintain product integrity from the commissary floor to the final delivery point.
- Lead large-scale warehousing and distribution initiatives, optimizing inventory turnover and storage utilization to support rapid business expansion.
- Drive last-mile logistics and route optimization through data-driven decision-making, significantly reducing delivery lead times and operational overhead.
- Manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships, aligning production schedules with demand forecasting to ensure the business meets its aggressive growth targets.
- Spearhead continuous improvement projects across the supply chain, leveraging automation and process re-engineering to enhance overall operational efficiency.

You'll lead procurement, demand planning, central kitchen, warehousing, and cold chain operations.
Requirements:
- 15 - 20 years in supply chain leadership, with hands-on experience in cold chain management and central kitchen / commissary operations this is non-negotiable for this role.
- Background in QSR, FMCG, and food & beverage.
- Proven expertise in managing complex, temperature-sensitive supply chains, with a deep understanding of food safety regulations and quality assurance standards.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex logistical data into actionable business strategies.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, capable of influencing senior stakeholders and driving alignment across diverse departments.
- A track record of successfully scaling commissary or central kitchen operations, including managing capital expenditure and infrastructure development.
- A postgraduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field from a premier institute is highly preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a hands-on, on-site work environment in Bangalore, maintaining a proactive approach to resolving daily operational bottlenecks.
