Job Description:

We are looking for a senior leader who has lived through scale - someone who has seen the chaos of 0-1, the intensity of rapid growth, and the operational complexity that comes with building supply chains for modern commerce businesses. This role sits at the intersection of operations, systems, product thinking, and execution excellence.

What Were Looking For:

- Has 15+ years of experience across supply chain, operations, fulfillment, dark stores, warehousing, or network operations.

- Comes with strong exposure to e-commerce / quick commerce ecosystems.

- Has seen and contributed meaningfully to the SCM scale journey - from early-stage operational setup to large-scale execution.

- Understands operations at a very deep level, but also appreciates the importance of system design and process architecture.

- Has worked closely with Product and Tech teams to build operational systems, workflows, tools, and automation layers.

- Can operate in ambiguity and build structure from scratch in a fast-moving 0-1 environment.

- Is equally comfortable on the warehouse floor, in a business review, or discussing product requirements with engineering teams.

- Has strong intuition around operational scalability, throughput, inventory movement, fulfillment efficiency, and network design.

- Understands how to build systems that are scalable, resilient, and execution-friendly.

What Youll Do:

- Build and scale supply chain and operational processes across categories and geographies.

- Design operational workflows that can support high-growth commerce environments.

- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Category, and City Operations teams to build scalable internal systems and tooling.

- Drive warehouse, fulfillment, inventory, and operational efficiency metrics.

- Build strong process rigor while retaining startup agility.

- Create scalable SOPs, dashboards, governance structures, and execution frameworks.

- Solve deeply operational problems through a mix of process thinking and technology enablement.

- Build and mentor high-performing operations teams.

- Continuously improve speed, accuracy, customer experience, and cost efficiency across the network.

The compensation philosophy for this role is built around a combination of cash compensation and meaningful long-term ownership. The structure will include:
