Head - Supply Chain

Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned supply chain leader to spearhead our end-to-end supply chain operations. In this strategic role, you will oversee the entire value chain, from demand planning and strategic sourcing to logistics and warehouse management. You will act as a key partner to the executive leadership team, collaborating closely with cross-functional heads to align supply chain capabilities with aggressive business growth objectives. Your primary impact will be driving operational excellence, optimizing cost structures, and ensuring seamless product availability, ultimately enhancing customer satisfaction and strengthening our competitive position in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Formulate and execute a comprehensive supply chain strategy that aligns with long-term organizational goals to ensure scalability and operational efficiency.

- Lead the end-to-end procurement and strategic sourcing initiatives to optimize vendor performance, mitigate supply risks, and achieve significant cost savings.

- Oversee complex demand and supply planning processes to ensure optimal inventory levels across all nodes, balancing service levels with working capital requirements.

- Direct large-scale warehouse operations and logistics networks to ensure timely distribution and superior service delivery to our diverse client base.

- Drive digital transformation within the supply chain by leveraging SAP SCM and other advanced analytics tools to improve visibility and decision-making speed.

- Mentor and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and cross-departmental collaboration.
