Head - Supply Chain

Description: We are looking for a strategic and execution-driven Head of Supply Chain to lead end-to-end supply chain operations across procurement, planning, logistics, warehousing, and distribution. The role will be responsible for driving cost efficiencies, improving service levels, strengthening supplier partnerships, and enabling scalable growth through process excellence and digital transformation. This is a leadership role with high business impact and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and lead the end-to-end supply chain including procurement, demand planning, production planning, logistics, warehousing, and distribution

- Define and execute supply chain strategy aligned with business and growth objectives

- Drive cost optimization, working capital improvement, and inventory efficiency

- Lead vendor sourcing, negotiations, contract management, and supplier performance management

- Build robust S&OP / IBP processes to improve forecast accuracy and service levels

- Oversee logistics and distribution network to ensure on-time delivery and optimal freight costs

- Implement and strengthen digital tools, ERP, planning systems, and analytics for visibility and control

- Manage risks related to supply continuity, capacity constraints, and geopolitical or market disruptions

- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing supply chain teams across functions and locations

- Collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Sales, Finance, Quality, and Leadership teams

- Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, ESG, and sustainability standards
