Head - Supply Chain

We have an urgent job opening for Supply chain head with D2C Brand.

Location : Delhi

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a scalable, cost-effective supply chain strategy aligned with overall business objectives

- Oversee demand planning, procurement planning, inventory management, warehouse management, and logistics operations

- Lead procurement, vendor management, and contract negotiations to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery

- Optimize forecasting and inventory control to minimize stockouts and excess inventory

- Manage end-to-end logistics including warehousing, order fulfillment, and last-mile delivery

- Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and sales teams to support product launches and seasonal demand spikes

- Implement and leverage technology-driven solutions (ERP, SCM tools, automation) to improve visibility and operational efficiency

- Track, analyze, and report key KPIs such as OTIF (On-Time In-Full), lead times, fulfillment rates, NDR, RTO, and supply cost savings

- Lead and mentor a high-performing supply chain team, fostering accountability, agility, and innovation

- Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and sustainability standards across the supply chain ecosystem

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)

- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in supply chain or operations management, preferably in D2C, FMCG, or retail sectors

- Proven leadership experience managing multi-functional teams and third-party partners

- Strong expertise in demand planning, procurement planning, inventory management, warehouse management, and logistics

- Skilled in vendor management and contract negotiations

- Proficient with ERP and supply chain management systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Oracle)

- Excellent analytical, negotiation, strategic planning, and stakeholder management skills

- Experience reporting directly to founders or executive leadership preferred
