As Head of Supply Chain, you'll own and elevate our global supply chain-from sourcing to last-mile delivery-with the goal of delivering excellence at scale.

What You'll Own:

1. Strategic Supply Chain Leadership:

- Lead S&OP, demand forecasting, and inventory planning to support production and market availability.

- Continuously optimize cost, working capital, lead times, and resilience

2. Sourcing & Vendor Management:

- Drive global procurement strategy with emphasis on "Make in India" capabilities.

- Negotiate contracts, lead vendor performance reviews, and audit supplier quality standards

- Scout and onboard new suppliers to enhance capacity and mitigate risk.

3. Logistics & Warehousing;

- Own inbound logistics, raw-material storage, and outbound fulfillment.

- Work with 3PL to guarantee reliable, on-time delivery and compliance.

4. Team & Cross-Functional Leadership:

- Build and lead a performance-driven supply chain team

- Establish strong communication with Finance on cost & working-capital performance.

5. Systems & Performance Management:

- Deploy ERP/SCM tools; build dashboards and KPIs (e.g. inventory turns, OTIF, cost per unit) .

- Monitor supply chain risks and drive continuous improvement using Lean/Six Sigma methods.

You Have:

Experience & Domain Knowledge:

- 5+ years in supply chain, procurement, or operations, ideally within home, kitchen, consumer hardware, or beauty tech iimjobs.com.

- Experience designing SOPs and systems from scratch in a startup or scale-up.

Leadership & Soft Skills:

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree (Supply Chain, Engineering, Business); MBA or certifications (CSCP, CPSM) preferred.
