We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Supplier to lead supplier management initiatives. This role will focus on building and nurturing supplier relationships, optimizing supply chain operations, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality in sourcing, and aligning supplier strategies with broader business objectives. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with a strong understanding of supply chain dynamics and supplier ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Market Expertise: Leverage industry knowledge to advise suppliers on best practices, emerging trends, and innovative solutions to enhance their performance within the supply chain.

- Relationship Development: Build and maintain trust-based, long-term relationships with suppliers to ensure effective communication, collaboration, and mutual growth.

- Supplier Advocacy: Represent supplier needs and insights internally, collaborating with product and development teams to drive continuous improvement.

- Business Development: Identify and engage potential suppliers, promoting the benefits of participation in supply chain initiatives and programs.

- Engagement Strategy: Design and implement strategies to actively engage suppliers, highlighting value propositions and benefits without cost implications.

Qualifications & Experience:

- 10+ years of experience in supplier management, business development, or account management, preferably in supply chain or manufacturing sectors.

- Demonstrated success in creating compelling value propositions that resonate with suppliers and highlight business advantages.

- Strong industry knowledge, including supplier dynamics, market trends, and supply chain best practices.

- Exceptional relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across internal teams and external partners.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities to convey complex ideas effectively.

- Proficiency in data analysis, logistics, and supply chain management tools and software.

- Proven leadership experience in managing supplier performance and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
