Head - Students Experience - Education Institute

- This leadership role has been created to systematically evaluate, enhance, and transform every touchpoint of the student journey-from academic support mechanisms and research opportunities to campus facilities, extracurricular activities, mental wellness, and career readiness.

- The position reflects the institute's commitment to graduating not just technically competent engineers and designers, but well-rounded individuals equipped with the skills, resilience, and perspectives needed to thrive in a complex global environment.

- The Head - Student Experience will serve as the primary architect of initiatives that foster engagement, belonging, excellence, and holistic development across the student body

- Working collaboratively with faculty, administrative departments, student bodies, and external stakeholders.

- Academic Support Ecosystem Development, Learning Resource Evaluation and Enhancement, Curriculum Engagement and Student Voice, Academic Integrity and Support Services, Develop Clubs, Societies, Student Organizations

- Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of major cultural festivals, technical symposiums (such as project exhibitions, hackathons, coding competitions), sports meets, and annual gatherings,

- Strengthen student council elections, functioning, and impact through structured training and mentorship programs, Student Policy Development and Review,
