Head - Structure Design - Real Estate

Role Overview :

The Head of Structured Design will lead the strategic planning, development, and execution of structural design across residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. This role ensures design excellence, cost efficiency, regulatory compliance, and innovation in structural engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities :

Leadership & Strategy :

- Define and drive the structural design vision aligned with project and business goals

- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing structural engineering team

- Collaborate with architecture, MEP, and construction teams for integrated project delivery

Design & Engineering Oversight :

- Oversee conceptual, preliminary, and detailed structural designs

- Ensure adherence to Indian and international codes (IS codes, NBC, etc.)

- Approve design calculations, drawings, and technical specifications

Project Management :

- Ensure timely delivery of structural designs across multiple large-scale projects

- Monitor budgets, optimize material usage, and drive cost efficiencies

- Mitigate design risks and resolve complex engineering challenges

Innovation & Sustainability :

- Introduce advanced construction technologies and materials

- Drive sustainable and resilient structural design practices

- Implement digital tools like BIM and parametric design workflows

Stakeholder Management :

- Interface with consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities

- Represent the organization in technical discussions and approvals

- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
