Educational Qualification: BE / B. Tech / M.Tech (Civil / Structural)

No of Years Experience: 15+ yrs

Position Location: Noida

Position Description:

- To Lead North India projects

- Manage & Control all activities related to civil / structural components of the project.

- Design ,Monitor, review and validate all deliverables submitted by the respective consultants. Ensure inter- disciplinary coordination at every stage of design. Review Design basis reports, Specifications, Tender Documents, BOQ for all the structural packages..

- Work closely with the costing / QS team to arrive at cost estimates for the packages.

- Participate in Value Engineering and Project Cost Optimisation exercises on a continuous basis along with the PMC team.

- Evaluate and finalise construction methods and Designs of all enabling works developed by the contractor.

- Review fabrication and installation drawings for all structural steel and fa- ade elements.

- During site implementation, provide field engineering support for site queries, troubleshooting etc.

Core Competencies:

- Working knowledge of structural analysis and design software like STAADPRO, ETABS, GTSTRUDAL etc.

- Completely familiar with all applicable Indian & International codes particularly for loading , concrete, structural steel, Pre stress concrete, Geotechnical Engineering, Foundation Design, Seismic Design & Detailing, Wind Engineering, IRC& most Standards etc.

- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and other drafting packages.

- Should have worked on high rise buildings, large span structures and complex structural configurations.

- Exposure to modern techniques like Wind Tunnel Tests, Site Specific Seismic assessment etc. is essential.

- Preferably should have worked on projects in Real Estate Sector for Commercial, Retail, and Hospitality & Residential Development.

- Should be familiar with related disciplines like MEP, Acoustics and Fa- ade to facilities inter disciplinary coordination.

- Should have worked on elements like roads, paving, drainage, Railway facilities, bridges, tunnels, subways etc.

- Required to have sound logical and analytical skills, good written & oral communication skills backed with strong technical knowledge and experience.
