Key Responsibilities.
Strategic Planning & Execution:.
- Lead annual and quarterly strategic planning cycles.
- Build strategic frameworks and align business goals across teams.
Growth & Opportunity Mapping:.
- Identify new market opportunities, business lines, or product adjacencies.
- Evaluate build-vs-buy decisions, partnerships, and M&A prospects.
Cross-functional Leadership:.
- Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to align initiatives with strategic goals.
- Translate strategy into clear OKRs.
Executive Advisory:.
- Work closely with the executive team and board to provide insights, market intelligence, and competitive benchmarking.
Data-Driven Decisions:.
- Leverage data and analytics to uncover trends, assess performance, and make high-stakes recommendations.
Change Management:.
- Drive organizational alignment during high-impact transitions such as pivots, expansions, or restructuring.
What We're Looking For.
- 10+ years of experience in strategy, corporate development, or management consulting.
- Proven experience in defining and executing cross-functional strategic initiatives.
- Strong analytical, modeling, and business casing skills.
