We're Hiring: Head of Strategy - Leading Hospital Group | Tier-1 MBA | Healthcare & Consulting Experience We are looking for an exceptional Head of Strategy to join one of India's most prestigious and fast-growing hospital networks. This is a high-impact leadership role reporting directly to the Managing Director (MD), focused on shaping and executing the organization's strategic roadmap. Who We're Looking For: Education: MBA from a Tier-1 B-School (IIMs, ISB, INSEAD, etc.) Background: Prior experience in Strategy, M&A, Investor Relationship , ideally with exposure to healthcare, pharma, or hospital clients Must-Have Skills: - Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) - Investor Relations - Strategic Planning & Fundraising - Growth and Expansion Strategy - Strong understanding of SEBI regulations, capital markets, and compliance Key Responsibilities: Investor Relations: - Build and maintain trust-based relationships with current and potential investors. Ensure accurate, timely financial communication aligned with SEBI guidelines. Growth Strategy & Market Expansion: - Identify high-potential growth avenues (organic and inorganic), track healthcare trends, and advise the leadership team on competitive positioning. M&A and Integration: - Drive end-to-end M&A processes - from target scouting and due diligence to negotiation and integration, ensuring smooth transitions and compliance. Fundraising & Capital Management: - Design and execute fundraising strategies in line with organizational growth plans. Engage with financial institutions and manage investor expectations. Strategic Planning: - Lead long-term strategic planning aligned with business goals, industry dynamics, and regulatory requirements.
