What we expect from you

- Formulate and maintain a comprehensive strategic roadmap for the organisation including value-chain assessments, identification of emerging opportunities, definition of growth milestones, and alignment of cross-functional teams to deliver both near-term and long-term business objectives.

- Lead major strategic and business transformation programmes, providing direction on market expansion, corporate strategy, operational excellence, and process redesign to enhance competitiveness and business performance.

- Champion innovation and new product introduction by guiding opportunity assessment, concept validation, development pathways, and commercialization strategies for next-generation chemical products, ensuring strong market uptake and alignment with customer needs.

- Identify Next growth Engine for the company and take ownership for leading and executing it end to end basis.

Qualifications & Experience

- B.Tech/B.E. (Chemical, Mechanical) + MBA from Tier 1 institutes (IIM/ISB/SPJIMR/XLRI etc.)

- 812 years of progressive experience in strategy, business development, operations, and/or P&L roles in the Chemicals industry or any industrial products (Candidates from Consulting background who have undertaken assignments for Chemical Industry/industrial products can also be considered)

- Proven track record in delivering business expansion, operational transformation, and cross-functional leadership.
