- Plans and directs all strategic, financial, administrative responsibilities of the company. The incumbent provides strategic and critical advise on projects of high importance across their Retail Lending, Real Estate Lending and Alternatives businesses. - Good understanding of strategy, investor relations, M&A, Finance, Risk Management & Legal. - Serve as a subject matter expert on business strategy, new businesses acquisitions, divestment, market trends, call out changing paradigms to ensure high impact. - Work with the Finance, Legal, Secretarial, HR, M&A team and CEOs to evaluate various transactions and different ways of structuring them.
