We are seeking a strategic leader of exceptional caliber to join us as Head Strategy & Partnerships.
This senior leadership role will shape the Foundations long-term vision, expand its global footprint, and ensure sustained funding through world-class partnerships.
The role demands global exposure, deep understanding of the social impact ecosystem, proven experience in handling FCRA and international funding, and theability to influence at the highest levels across sectors and geographies.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Define and lead the Foundations partnerships and fundraising strategy, aligned with its mission and long-term growth vision.
- Identify emerging opportunities, global trends, and best practices in the development sector to futureproof initiatives.
Global Partnerships & Alliances:
- Build, strengthen, and sustain partnerships with international institutions, multilateral agencies, philanthropic foundations, corporates, and governments.
- Leverage local & global networks to expand the Foundations influence and establish it as a thought leader in social innovation.
Fundraising & Resource Mobilization:
- Lead the design and execution of large-scale fundraising strategies, securing diverse funding streams including international grants, CSR partnerships, and high-net-worth philanthropy.
- Spearhead stewardship of high-value donors, ensuring transparency, credibility, and long-term trust.
Regulatory & Compliance (FCRA):
- Oversee compliance with FCRA and international funding regulations, ensuring ethical and transparent financial practices.
Impact Communication & Advocacy:
- Champion the Foundations work globally by creating compelling narratives and advocacy campaigns that showcase measurable impact.
- Represent the Foundation at global forums, conferences, and strategic convenings.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Must have 15+ years of experience in partnerships, strategy, and fundraising within the development, CSR, or philanthropic ecosystem.
- Demonstrated success in building international partnerships with multilateral agencies, global foundations, corporates, and donor institutions.
- In-depth knowledge of FCRA, international donor protocols, and regulatory frameworks
