Head - Strategy & Operations - NBFC

We at Fynehand Consultants are looking for a Head Strategy & Operations with one of the NBFC based out of Mumbai.

The organization is currently entering its next phase of expansion, creating an exciting opportunity for a senior leader to shape its future.

The candidate will be responsible for Credit Underwriting, Operations, Legal, Technology, Legal, Compliance, Administration, HR activities and working very closely with the MD of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the overall operations strategy across sales, marketing, and service functions

- Partner closely with the MD & CEO and leadership team to translate business strategy into execution plans, especially around expansion, new product lines, and market positioning

- Build and lead high-performing leadership teams across service, marketing, driving alignment and accountability

- Drive business growth by strengthening sales channels, launching new products, improving market penetration, and enhancing customer acquisition and retention strategies

- Improve operational efficiency

- Drive operational excellence through standardization, digitization, and implementation of scalable processes and systems

- Develop short-term and long-term plans aligned with the company's vision, mission, and strategic objectives

- Handle strategy, credit Underwriting, Legal, Compliance, Operations, Legal, Technology, Administration, HR activities. All the mentioned functions will report to the incumbent.

The candidate must have at least 16-18 + years of relevant experience working in an NBFC or in financial services sector only.
