Key Responsibilities:

- Lead growth strategy, corporate development and new business initiatives.

- Identify and structure JVs, JDs, acquisitions, redevelopment and land transactions.

- Evaluate project economics, financial models, IRR, ROI and deal viability.

- Lead commercial negotiations and support transaction closures.

- Work closely with Promoters, CXOs, investors, legal, finance and external advisors.

- Prepare business cases and investment papers for the Board / Investment Committee.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 12 - 20 years of experience in Strategy Consulting, Corporate Strategy, Real Estate Investments, M&A or Deal Structuring.

- Candidates with prior experience in leading global strategy consulting firms, real estate developers, PE/RE funds, investment banks or corporate development teams preferred.

- Strong exposure to real estate transactions, JVs/JDs, acquisitions, redevelopment and financial modelling.
